Scattered Suhi



Chirashi Sushi has been popularized in Japan, it is called to be the scattred sushi on top of rice...


What our chef here in New Hatchin do or put on it are tamago or we called here as egg omellete which is a little bit sweet, kani or crabsticks or crab meat, kyuri or cucumber, ikura or salmon roe, Uni or sea urchin meat, Shitake mushroom.


Usually, we do have different variety of cook food every Saturday and Sunday, and we really do assure of the freshness of the food we are serving. for everyone's information...New Hatchin Trading the main root of business is supplying japanese Food Ingredients into different restaurant all over Phillipines and also outside the country, and that is why we assure you of the authenticness of the Japanese food we that we served.


Anyways, lot of Japanese and diffrent citizens or rather even filipino who love shopping at the place.
