New Hatchin Trading Corporation has been in the industry for more than 12 years in the country from a small fishcake processing area of just 50sqm to a modest 3 stores with a tight and strong distribution channels nationwide. Our core business is selling through our own retail stores and wholesale distribution of almost complete line of Japanese food products. Such as dairy products, homemade breads, selected produce, a well stocked deli, meats, wide variety of Japanese food grocery products, some wines, frozen foods, restaurant kitchenwares, utensils and household necessities, plates, cooking oil, and we also showcase our own brand in our stores. We have three groceries that cater to different market in Metro Manila. We have air shipments twice a week from Japan for express deliveries to our local customer that needs fresh seafood. We provide free consultation of Japanese cuisine to restaurant and people who are interested to learn from our talented chefs. Most recently, our store has been the choice of destination for most of the everyday needs of the Japanese commnunity as well as the local people. Even the big companies in Japan visit us because they found out we are actually the most famous Japanese grocery store in the country according to their research. Not to mention, the Japanese school did their field trip in our head office and store because they said it is very similar with the store from Japan. Thanks to blogs! Word of mouth spreads faster. Our product lines always change equaling the pace of the product cycle in Japan which makes our store constantly evolving and giving value to our customers. Thus, with the increasing demand of the consumer we really give importance to the supplier, logisticians and employee to give the ultimate satisfaction to our customer. Only by combining these great forces, we can achieve great results. And that is what we are after: having fun with our work! making customer happy!
